Located along high ridges and over scenic valleys just outside of beautiful Boyne City, Wildwood Rush is Michigan’s Ultimate Zip Line Canopy Tour! Fly through the forest canopy on over 5,000 feet of zip lines, cross five suspended sky bridges, and enjoy the amazing views of Lake Charlevoix from our six tree-top platforms. Experience a new perspective on the same hills and valleys that provided Ernest Hemingway with the inspiration for the Nick Adams stories nearly 100 years ago.

Wildwood Rush is much more than just a thrill ride. We take our stewardship responsibility seriously, and are committed to preserving the natural beauty of our forest environment. From the beginning, our course was designed to minimize tree removal, and those trees that were cut have been recycled into many of our course elements, contributing to the unique, natural atmosphere of our facility. During your tour, our guides provide a humorous and entertaining commentary on the local ecosystem and area history that is sure to be the highlight of your visit.

For those not interested in the full canopy tour, try racing your friends on our 1,200-foot triple racing zip line. With three parallel lines, and speeds of over 40 miles per hour, it’s the only one of its kind in the Midwest!

• The Full Canopy Tour is our premier offering, and is recommended for anyone seeking a thrilling way to experience the beauty of a Northern Michigan hardwood forest. The views of Lake Charlevoix and the surrounding countryside from our platforms and bridges are breath-taking as our friendly and experienced guides take you on a 2-1/2 to 3 hour journey through the treetops. Includes a final zip on our 1200’ Triple Racing Zip Line.
• A Single Zip is a perfect way to experience Wildwood Rush for those who are short on time, or are just unsure if zipping is for them. A trip down our 1200 foot triple line begins with a pleasant walk on our hiking trail that opens to expansive Lake Charlevoix views at the top.
• The Frequent Flyer is for those who just can't get enough of the adrenalin rush! Three trips down our 1200' TRIPLE racing zip line (the only one in the Midwest) will get your heart pumping.
• The Ultra Zip is for die-hard zippers only! Unlimited trips on our 1200-foot racing zip line (per person, per day). Zip yourself silly all day long, while becoming an expert in all aspects of zipping. Earn your masters degree in zipology!.
